The tragedy we lived through revealed something truly important. Not about politics - about people. It showed who we are when there is no one to lead us, when everything depends on our ability to unite and act as one living mechanism. Not only for the army, not only for the wounded and evacuated, but for everyone who screamed or stayed silent, clenching their teeth just to survive after October 7. At that moment, no one was looking for the guilty. There was something else: support and the readiness to stand together in the face of brutal confrontation. No one tried to shift responsibility. Big and small business, high-tech and agriculture, banks and retail chains, the young and the elderly. Those who counted every shekel, and those who could give much more than money. Some acted immediately and found support and partners along the way. Others hesitated, and some acted by helping to understand where and what kind of help was truly needed. They became a unifying information space, where the initiative was born at a moment of truth and still lives today. People created social, humanitarian and public organizations and united to support reservists, evacuees, families affected by the war, people with disabilities and businesses. It is important to say this directly: this is not a political initiative. This is not about parties, slogans, or a struggle for power. This is the story of a society that, in a critical moment, managed to preserve dignity and the best human values. Think about how many people stepped forward, as if reality itself chose them to act not for recognition, but to preserve the state and its independence for future generations. We are the majority, and the country stands on us. So why not unite and tie together these threads of mutual help, support, realization and cooperation? We do not offer a ready-made solution. We offer a space in which solutions are born together, between people who have seen reality as it truly is. If you also lived through that moment - this project belongs to you too.

After October 7, reality did not return to “normal life.” It simply changed its form. Yes, an important and profound event happened: the hostages were released. And we hope that the last hero will be returned so that the country can give him the final, well-deserved honor. But life in the country remains difficult. For many on the edge of survival. That is why every initiative matters both those born then and those that continue to act now. We see and value the role of media structures, including the Mako 12 initiative, which highlights reservists’ businesses and makes their service and personal contribution visible. Such gestures matter. They return dignity and attention to the people behind the numbers. We also see and feel the constant work of humanitarian, social and civil organizations that support reservists, their families, evacuees, those affected and businesses, despite economic and political instability. And, of course, it is impossible not to note the courage of the IDF, the security forces and the police, who face real, not theoretical - challenges every day. But one thing is becoming increasingly obvious: symbols and fragmented actions are no longer enough. When support remains at the level of a sign or a list, it does not turn into a sustainable life. Without an active mechanism of mutual support and realization, society begins to survive instead of live. We believe the time has come not just to acknowledge each other, but to connect efforts into one working system. A system that sets in motion the flywheel of a dignified life for all heroes - those who voluntarily took on the task of building a single bastion of courage and resilience. For all citizens of Israel, regardless of nationality and faith, and also for those who stand beside us outside the country. We do not oppose initiatives to each other. We propose the next step: a space in which scattered efforts can become one joint action. Because without internal support within the community, life in the country turns into survival. And we believe it can be more than that.
ENCLAVE | Continuation of publications on LinkedIn Why is it vital today to unite efforts? We live in a time when isolated initiatives can no longer withstand the weight of reality. Neither a person, nor a business, nor a professional community can cope alone with what used to “work by the rules.” Markets are unstable, social ties are fractured. Trust between people, professions and institutions is fragile. And here it is important to say honestly: uniting efforts is not a slogan and not an ideology. It is a tool of survival. Enclave is not an alternative to states and not a protest against the system. Enclave is a parallel human space where: • the value of a person is higher than their economic function • professionals support each other directly • knowledge, experience and resources circulate rather than get stuck • an environment is created where you can breathe, think and act without fear of being “unneeded” Today, the winners are not the strongest alone, but those who know how to connect. Uniting efforts provides: • reduced personal risks • professional resilience • trust • new forms of cooperation • the return of meaning to joint activity Enclave is not a “shelter.” It is a laboratory of the future, where we are already learning to live and work differently. To be continued - tomorrow. We will move from why to how. And if you have the feeling that “the old way no longer works,” it means you are exactly where you need to be. - ENCLAVE | Human-centered cooperation Without slogans. Without illusions. Focused on the future.
ENCLAVE | On the meaning of connecting the environment of request and the environment of response One of the deepest flaws of existing systems is the gap between those who need and those who are able to provide an answer. Consumption and services, education and the labor market, health and care, technology and implementation - all of this exists, but almost does not speak to each other in real time. Enclave was created exactly at this point. Not as another platform, but as a space where request and response meet directly, transparently and in a regulated way. When the environment of request and the environment of supply are structured correctly: • quality aligns, because there is real matching rather than guesswork • economic efficiency grows, fewer losses and unnecessary intermediaries • natural regulation of demand for specialists is formed • a clear professional direction appears for education, training and skills development • technologies, equipment and solutions evolve from real needs • healthcare systems shift from a reactive model to a preventive one • legal, social, educational and cultural services work with minimum bureaucracy and maximum precision Instead of a system that puts out fires, a system appears that can recognize overheating before it becomes a problem. This is not a question of ideology - it is a question of correct structure. Enclave does not replace existing institutions. It connects them through people, professionalism and mutual attention. To be continued - in the next post. We will touch on the question: what it looks like in practice for an individual, a professional, or an organization. ENCLAVE | Human-centered systems alignment
17.12.25 We will touch on the question: what it looks like in practice for an individual, a professional, or an organization. This does not feel like a project, not a program, and not a platform. It feels like the moment when a request receives an answer before it turns into a problem. For an individual, it is the knowledge that you don’t have to fight alone for every service, piece of knowledge, or support. For a professional, it is work based on real need, not constant searching for demand. For an organization, it is the ability to see the bigger picture before the system begins to creak. Enclave does not change roles - it changes the way they meet. Not everything is built at once, and not everything is visible. But when connections begin to emerge, you feel it immediately. To be continued - soon. - ENCLAVE | Human-centered systems
